Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Alpha Bike Shop. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

Shipping area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Any optional express shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Remote areas, large items and peak seasons may take longer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 business days, please contact us.

Large or fragile items

Fragile and oversized items are carefully packed to arrive safely. Please inspect your package at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.

Damaged, lost or delayed packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the item and contact us within 48 hours. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if you made a mistake; we can update the address only before the order ships.
