Cancellation policy

Before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge before it leaves our warehouse. Email support@alphabike.shop or call (305) 548-2252 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (ET)). We will refund your payment in full within 14 days, usually much sooner.
After dispatch
Once an order has shipped, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery — and we extend this to 30 days. Please see our returns policy for how to send items back.
