Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. If we spot a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you before going ahead. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.

E-bike use

Our e-bikes are sold as pedal-assist electric bicycles. Follow the speed and power rules that apply where you ride. Modifying a bike so it no longer qualifies as an electric bicycle can make it a motor vehicle and voids its warranty.

E-bikes are delivered partly assembled. Please follow the setup guide, check brakes, tyre pressures and bolts before your first ride, or ask a qualified mechanic to do this for you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under U.S. consumer law, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.
