City e-bikes, folding e-bikes, mountain e-bikes, plus batteries, helmets, and locks.

Question 2

Question 3

How far can an e-bike go on one charge?

Accepted Answer

Most e-bikes go 20–60 miles per charge depending on battery size, assist level, rider weight and terrain. The estimated range is listed on each product page.

Question 4

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery in the contiguous United States is free, with no minimum spend. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 4–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer or cost extra. E-bikes arrive about 85% assembled, with tools and a setup guide.
